Healthcare / Public Health / Health Insurance Consulting
BNETAL has decades of experience in Healthcare IT, Public Health IT, Health Insurance IT, having worked on national level projects on healthcare-IT interoperability and secure data exchange. We have architected, designed and implemented a SOAP/ebXML and PKI based secure messaging solution for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Public Health Information Network (PHIN) for nationwide secure messaging. We have provided the security architecture for the prototype implementation of the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN). We provide consultations to the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH®) on their CORE® Connectivity Operating Rule development.
Enterprise Client-Server Consulting
We have provided turn-key client-server consulting to several large and small clients. For instance, at a large southern telecommunications service provider, our consultants ported a major application server from Windows NT to Sun-Solaris, and provided client interfaces to this server. This application is critical to the business of our client, and is used widely within their business, taking millions of requests daily. Our solutions were developed for a heterogeneous network. We provided design, development and project management support. Business Networks provided a turn-key interactive voice response solutions for several retail clients of a major voice technology provider, including design, porting and quality assurance of their application suite from a legacy platform to a new platform. Business Networks provided consulting support to a major prepaid cellular telephony service provider.
Government Business
Business Networks International Inc (BNETAL) has been providing its products and services to government clients using its GSA IT-70 Schedule, GSA 8(a) STARS II Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and SBA 8(a) Certification. BNETAL is a preferred vendor with some of the state governments. BNETAL has also been working with many of the state departments of health.
